ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c tri\u1ec3n khai th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 28-NQ\/TW \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh b\u00e0i b\u1ea3n, khoa h\u1ecdc, \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 t\u1eeb Trung \u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng; C\u00f4ng t\u00e1c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng th\u1ec3 ch\u1ebf, ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t th\u00e0nh h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng v\u0103n b\u1ea3n bao g\u1ed3m: Lu\u1eadt, B\u1ed9 lu\u1eadt, Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh, Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft, Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh&#8230;.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00ean c\u1ea1nh \u0111\u00f3, c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c tri\u1ec3n khai th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n quy\u1ebft li\u1ec7t, k\u1ecbp th\u1eddi, \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 t\u1eeb Trung \u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng; C\u00e1c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau Trung \u01b0\u01a1ng giao t\u1ea1i Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u1ea1t v\u00e0 v\u01b0\u1ee3t, \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ec3 c\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch BHXH theo \u0111\u00fang tinh th\u1ea7n c\u1ee7a Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 28-NQ\/TW, V\u1ee5 tr\u01b0\u1edfng Ph\u1ea1m Tr\u01b0\u1eddng Giang ki\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb 5 n\u1ed9i dung: (1) C\u00e1c b\u1ed9, ng\u00e0nh, \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p ch\u1eb7t ch\u1ebd v\u1edbi B\u1ed9 L\u0110TBXH trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng D\u1ef1 \u00e1n Lu\u1eadt BHXH (s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i); (2) UBND c\u1ea5p t\u1ec9nh b\u00e1m s\u00e1t h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn t\u1ea1i Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 102\/NQ-CP, Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 69\/NQ-CP x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng tham gia BHXH t\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng; (3) C\u00e1c b\u1ed9, ng\u00e0nh, \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng quan t\u00e2m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u00fang c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c b\u00e1o c\u00e1o \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 theo Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 125\/NQ-CP, Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 102\/NQ-CP v\u00e0 Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1 69\/NQ-CP; (4) Th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c thanh tra, ki\u1ec3m tra, gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t vi\u1ec7c ch\u1ea5p h\u00e0nh ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt v\u1ec1 BHXH, BHTN theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt; (5) T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c c\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng tuy\u00ean truy\u1ec1n, ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt v\u1ec1 nh\u1eefng n\u1ed9i dung c\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch v\u1ec1 BHXH c\u1ee7a Ngh\u1ecb quy\u1ebft s\u1ed1
